A native to East Tennessee, Melissa provides over 25 years’ experience with her unique and powerful insight into the closing process.
While working in the banking industry, she developed the knowledge to help her clients understand all of the documents they would be signing while explaining it in a way that is easy to understand.
Above all, Melissa's team is committed to ensuring that every step of the process leading up to the closing table is smooth and stress-free, while providing exceptional service and ensuring everything is on schedule. Melissa's ultimate goal is for her clients to leave the closing table feeling satisfied, well-informed, and a cherished member of the CVT Family.
When not in the office Melissa enjoys spending time with her 10 grandchildren (“Mimi life is the best life!”). Family and faith are the most important things to her.
